SIDE BURNER MODEL TURBOWALL

Burner designed to be installed on the walls of the kiln in the preheating and firing zone of the material. The TURBOWALL series is characterized by a high exit speed of the fumes and a consequent uniformity of the temperature in each section of the tunnel of the kiln. The operation at maximum potentiality enables it to reach 220,000 Kcal / h (methane, natural gas and LPG) having a combustion efficiency close to unity. (absence of unburned gas)

With its own local electric panel and ignition and security devices, it can be integrated into a system of automatic temperature control in the tunnel or installed on existing kilns with independent regulation system.
